Camellia sinensis Foundation
This is an ideal course for those needing to achieve a basic theoretical and practical understanding of the tea plant from leaf to cup.
The course will be held over two days with day one the more familiar white, green and
black teas and day two matcha, yellow, oolong and dark teas.
It is mandatory to have achieved the Camellia sinensis Foundation certificate in order to continue the education path towards the Intermediate and Advanced levels.
At the end of each day, there will be a 20-minute written test with about 30 questions
A certificate will be issued with a 70% pass
