This is a six hour ESTA certified online tea course for anyone wanting to get into tea or learn the basics of tea.
This course is for people working in hospitality, cafes, tea houses, coffee shops, tea shops and tea enthusiasts.
The course will be held online over 3 evenings as a Zoom meeting with Alexis Kaae as your trainer. This course will be held in English. Alexis Kaae is a professional tea educator, certified by the European Speciality Tea Association. She is the director of education for ESTA. This course must be booked at least 10 days in advance in order to pack and send the teas to be tasted during the webinar.
The introduction to tea will take three evenings to complete, including six activities. There is an exam after the course which must be completed within a number of days. The student will receive a certificate for passing the exam
